What we collect
Tradiverse stores identifiers needed to maintain a profile, your chosen username, country, public attributes, settings, progression, quests, boss status, journal entries, analysis activity, chat messages, feedback and basic presence signals. Payment details are not stored by Tradiverse when an external payment provider is used.
Why we use it
We use data to save your universe, provide requested features, verify rewards, calculate rankings, moderate community areas, improve reliability, respond to support and prevent abuse.
Visibility
Your username, selected public attributes, country, ranking and Global Chat messages may be visible to other users. Journal content and personal analysis are intended to remain private to your player profile unless you choose to share them.
Storage and service providers
Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that host the website, database, email delivery and optional AI functions. We seek to minimise disclosure and use data only for the requested product function.
Your choices
You can change public attributes and settings inside Tradiverse. To request access, correction or deletion, use the Support screen or contact page and include enough information to identify your player profile.
Australian privacy
This policy is designed with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles in mind. Legal requirements depend on the operator, scale and activities of the final service, so the production operator should obtain Australian legal review before commercial launch.
