1. About Tradiverse
Tradiverse is a trader-development, journalling, education and simulation product. It is not a broker, financial adviser, investment manager, exchange or gambling service. Content, AI-assisted analysis, ranks, quests and simulations are general information only and are not personal financial advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location. You are responsible for your profile, activity, device access and truthful information. Do not impersonate another person, automate abuse, evade moderation or interfere with the service.
3. Trading risk
Trading and leveraged products can result in substantial loss. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Independently assess any decision and obtain licensed professional advice where appropriate.
4. Community conduct
Global Chat is a clean-language space. Harassment, threats, hate, scams, illegal content, malicious links and attempts to obtain another user's credentials are prohibited. We may moderate or remove content and restrict access to protect users and the service.
5. Progression and virtual items
XP, ranks, Star Dust, titles, themes and rewards are virtual product features. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed unless Tradiverse expressly states otherwise. We may rebalance systems to preserve fairness.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by Australian law, liability is limited; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes will be identified by an updated date. Questions or concerns can be submitted through Support inside Tradiverse or the contact page.
